Here are some tips to help you get through to your goal weight!!
- Take diet pills.
- Manicures/pedicures to hide brital nails.
- Use volumizing shampoo, to thinken hair.
- Clear internet history after veiwing ED sits.
- Layers upon layers of clothing, to keep you warm.
- Don't brush your teeth right after purging.
- If purge us a toothbrush, so you won't scar you nukols.
- Keep a thinsperation diary, with all of you thinsperations in it.
- Caffine reduces hunger.
- Take antiacids, it will help reduce hunger pains.
- After purging drink pedialyte, it rebalances you electrolites.
- Gum, coffee, and diet soda will also reduce hunger pain.
- Drinking something warm will help reduce hunger.
- Drink something cold to make your body burn calories.
- Use noise to cover the sound of purging, such as, a shower, of hairdryer.
- Spend your calories on healthy foods.
- Sip water between each bite of food.
- Drink full glasses of water, mostly 3 glasses.
- Every now and then but tampons or pads so they will not suspect something of being too thin.

Exercise:
- 150-200 sit-ups a night
- Push-ups 3 sets of 15.
- Lunges, 3 sets of 25 for each leg.
The Big Three:
- The 7-7 rule- Dinner must be eaten between 7:00pm.
- The 3 hour rule- Three hours must pass between each time you purge.
- The Double Weigh-in- Weigh yourself twice a day.
